Violet Infosystems deployed VioletLMS for Reliance Capital which has helped the organization train the employees centrally for 7 different members of the group.

Details

Reliance Capital is one of the renowned financial services holding companies of India. Reliance Capital was using Corner Stone On-Demand for their learning and development purposes but were facing challenges in terms of efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Solution

 Violet Infosystems partnered with RCAP to deploy a tailor made multi company architecture with centralised controls in the hands of key stakeholders. The solution was deployed on Amazon Web Servers to ensure the scale of deployment and to handle the large user-base. One of the key benefits of the solution was that it was cost effective and customised to accommodate the unique requirements of the organisation. Following modules were enabled for RCAP:

a.) Centralised dashboard for executive level reporting

b.) Centralised capability for the parent company to create and share learning content with all the 7 members of the group

c.) Personalised dashboards for each company to track and manage learning outcome.

d.) E-learn Module: To deliver the learning through various content types i.e.,SCORM, Microlearning Videos, Compliance Documents etc.

e.) Assessment: Robust assessment management module with multiple question types to ensure learning outcome mapping from the learning content.

f.) Classroom Management: To manage the entire blended learning approach on the platform and also, the classroom training sessions with extensive QR Code based attendance management and reporting.

g.) Library: To empower learners with quality product materials which enablethem to gather up-to-date information about the products and publish material related to other compliances or processes.

h.) Learning Path Personalised learning path for different audiences which ensures suitable trainings to be delivered to the intended audience.

j.) Gamified platformto reward the learners through points and rankings on completion of various learning interventions.

k.) Integrated ecosystem deployment to reduce the efforts of employee management (Active Directory).

l.) Social learning through ‘Workplace by Facebook’ where the training department can provide a notification or an alert regarding new and upcoming training courses. Additionally, learners can share the leader-board with the peers to promote healthy competition and much more.

m.) Mobile App : Allows members to train using their mobile phones while at work or on the go.

The Results

Entire multi-company architecture as per the requirement was deployed on AWS Cloud with needed authentication systems. The entire migration activity was completed seamlessly, and the old learning records were integrated into the new LMS
